Terms of Service
Last updated · April 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of raeh.io and the Raeh API (together, the “Services”), operated by Raeh, Inc. (“Raeh”, “we”, “our”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@raeh.io if you suspect unauthorized use.
The Services
Raeh provides a biosignal processing platform that transforms raw sensor frames (PPG, ECG, EEG, IMU) into structured insights over HTTP and WebSocket APIs. The Services are offered as-is during our pre-release period and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at our discretion.
Your data and content
As between you and Raeh, you retain all rights to the data you submit (“Your Data”). You grant Raeh a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process Your Data solely to operate and improve the Services for you, and to generate the outputs you request. We do not claim ownership of Your Data and we do not use the content of biosignal frames to train models intended for third-party customers without a separate written agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to enable any third party to:
- Use the Services for any illegal, infringing, or harmful purpose.
- Submit data that you do not have the right to submit, including protected health information without a required agreement.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or model weights from the Services.
- Interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Services, including by denial of service, scraping, or unauthorized access.
- Use the Services to make clinical diagnoses or treatment decisions, or to substitute for professional medical advice, unless expressly authorized under a separate written agreement.
API keys and usage
API keys issued to you are scoped to your account and must not be shared outside your organization. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke keys that we reasonably believe are being misused or that create risk to the Services or other users.
Fees
Access during our pre-release period may be offered free of charge or under a separately signed commercial agreement. Where fees apply, they are described in the applicable order form or plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
The Services, including software, models, documentation, and the Raeh name and marks, are owned by Raeh or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third-party services (for example, authentication providers, cloud infrastructure). Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raeh disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. The Services are not medical devices and are not intended for clinical use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raeh will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Raeh’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Raeh in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raeh and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Services or to other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue and jurisdiction lie exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, unless prohibited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
